Western Branch Diesel, Inc. maintains service
facilities at all nine of its locations. We take pride in our
reputation for excellent customer service. For over 50 years, we
have been satisfying our customers’ needs in all vocations and
applications.
Our shops offer complete repair and testing of
Detroit Diesel engines, and Allison heavy duty "on
highway" and "off highway" transmissions. Our
technicians are trained to Detroit and Allison factory standards.
Most are members of the elite "Craftsman Guild". We also
service other makes of heavy-duty diesel engines and transmissions
as well.
Our shops utilize the latest electronic diagnostic
equipment. Most have engine and chassis dynamometers, as well as
automatic transmission valve body, and dynamometer test stands.
Field service is available at all of our
locations.
All locations offer 24-hour
emergency service, and some offer 2-shift "in shop"
service for faster turnaround. See our locations for hours of
