I was very impressed with the North Charleston team on the repair of my boat and that it was completed in a short time. The team was very responsive to the situation of my Port POD having seawater in it. Sabrina kept me informed of repairs and time they would be at the yard. Mike and Chandler evaluated the issues and took their time in gathering the correct parts. Andy made sure all the correct parts were ordered due to the short timeline I had to get the boat back in the water. After the repair, the boat ran like new on the way back to my home port on John’s Island. I want to thank the entire WBD team for all the hard work in getting my boat back on the water for this year’s charter season.

We wanted to take a moment to Chandler for his help on a new machine that was down. He worked tirelessly trying to figure out a difficult issue we were having on a Deutz engine. Chandler was in contact with Deutz the whole time and kept us informed every step of the way, even following up the next day to make sure everything was working. The issue was originally misdiagnosed by someone else, so we were thrilled to get it corrected and the customer back to drilling. You have a great tech!

I wanted to comment on how satisfied I was with the repair service I received last week. I was promptly scheduled and a few days later met Chandler on my boat in Bucksport, SC. He called to let me know the time he would arrive and was prompt. Chandler had the problem diagnosed in ten minutes. It was an unexpected part that needed replacing, so he had to order it. I was planning a trip very soon, and Chandler reassured me the part would be delivered quickly and he would be back without delay. He called later that day to confirm the part had been ordered and to set a time for his return. Chandler was back later that same week and replaced the part quite efficiently. Since then, he even called to make sure I've had no other problems. His timely efforts were very much appreciated, as was his positive attitude. I will ask for him again when I need further services. Andy provided excellent service helping us to obtain a water pump & gasket. This was my third call to businesses looking for these parts. Although it was not in stock, Andy checked the Westerbeke inventory and found us what we needed. He gave us several options for delivery and got it ordered. We appreciated the follow up phone call the next morning letting us know it was on it’s way. With this kind of excellent service we hope the be using Wester Branch Diesel again
