Customer Testimonials
I love working with the Western Branch Diesel Parts Department in Portsmouth, VA. Everyone there has saved me many times. Crystal the Parts Manager, and Jason Mick, the Assistant Parts Manager, have a great team there.
Jason was extremely helpful. He quickly drafted an estimate and ensured I received it before hanging up. Great customer service!

I had the pleasure to have my two Volvo Penta engines (D3 and D1) serviced by Justin. He is a pleasure to work with, knows his business, and has the patience to let an owner stand behind him to watch and ask questions. What a great guy. You did a great job to hire him. He was assisted by Kory who ran down the needed parts and provided answers about troubleshooting the EFC fault we encountered.
We have only a couple things to finish – including what looks like a custom wet exhaust hose for the D1 engine that goes into a water can that isn't the same size as the Volvo Peta OEM hose. Some guys would be stumped by such a problem, your guys aren't.
I would recommend Western Branch Diesel to any boat owner (or trucker for that matter).
